happy vs sad lol I do have a lot of productive days when I’m hypomanic and I get a lot of enjoyment from the work I create, but the anxiety, panic, general jittery feelings can also get overwhelming (not to mention some of the other less sociably acceptable symptoms orz)

I feel this, in my last like marked hypomanic episode I was so antsy to draw one thing all the time & it quickly spiraled into “actually you’re obsessed & everyone thinks you’re a freak & now it’s time to panic & feel as close to suicidal as you have in a while” like fr they’re not exclusively-
