- heart rate all over the place, tachycardia, general dysautonomia symptoms, chest pain
- heat flashes, night sweats (could be fever?)
- insomnia, waking up in the middle of the night, lying awake
- aggravation of my existing GI trouble (maybe inflammation), bad abdominal pain, lack of appetite

heart rate measurements from the other day, they show elevation to about 120bpm for periods of time (in those periods i took a shower and did laundry, seated) with spikes up to 160bpm. there's a lot of pretty drastic up and down where my heart rate just jumps up and down and up again around 40 beats in a span of a few minutes. notably while i do have tachycardic dysautonomia, i extremely rarely go over 140bpm even during exercise (usually when i do its like a panic attack or anaphylaxis), and i don't tend to have these constant peaks and valleys to such an extent

five years. for five years i've managed to avoid it because i wear my mask & keep my circle small — and now i got it because i sang in a recital *for disabled musicians* where one of the abled individuals decided to attend sick. if this sets me back to 2015 level illness i don't think i can cope 🥲

oh oh, put me in coach! 🙋🏻 in no particular order, for a price i can afford: apothecary cabinet, stained glass art for my window, edwardian style lace-up boots, zulawski's possession on dvd or blue-ray (img credits in alt)

an antique cabinet with many small, uniform drawers that have metal hardware on the front to hold a label. idk, it's a generic apothecary cabinet? found on 1stdibs

a stained glass window or wall hanging; it is round and shoes a simple landscape with mountains and water in turquoise hues, the sky is a light yellow and there'd the outlines of two birds. this was made by avalglass

a pair of black shin-height lace-up leather boots with a low-ish heel and style lines along the "nose" as well as around the whole foot and ankle, below where the lace start. they look distinctly old-fashioned. these were made by joebearboots

a blue-ray special edition of the movie possession by andrzej zulawski, starring isabelle adjani and sam neill. the cover shows a black and white still of isabelle from the film, as well as a grey rendering of the main apartment building and green and blue abstract tentacle- or flame-like shapes behind her.

Kurz nach seiner Ankunft wurde bei dem damals 15-Jährigen eine posttraumatische Belastungsstörung diagnostiziert. Das ist bei unbegleiteten minderjährigen Geflüchteten nicht selten. Es gebe heute aber keine Anhaltspunkte mehr auf psychische Probleme, die Auswirkungen auf die Tat gehabt haben könnten, sagte Generalstaatsanwältin Gabriele Tilmann in einer Pressekonferenz.

Aufgrund dessen, was der Tatverdächtige nach seiner Festnahme sagte, gehen die Ermittler von einer religiösen Motivation für die Tat aus, wie Oberstaatsanwältin Tilmann sagte. Nach seiner Festnahme habe der 24-Jährige "Allahu akbar" (Gott ist groß) gesagt und gebetet. Es gebe allerdings "keine Anhaltspunkte für eine Eingliederung des Beschuldigten in eine islamistische Organisation wie den IS", so Tilmann.

Der Tatverdächtige sei "wohl bislang eher unauffällig" gewesen, sagte Bayerns Ministerpräsident Markus Söder (CSU). Aus Sicherheitskreisen hieß es, auch ein Blick auf das Umfeld des Tatverdächtigen habe bislang keine Kontakte zu islamistischen Kreisen ergeben.

Er war religiös, betete und ging regelmäßig in eine Moschee, die laut Staatsanwaltschaft nicht für extremistische Prediger bekannt ist. Dass sich der junge Afghane als Bodybuilder leicht bekleidet in sozialen Medien zeigte, spricht eher gegen ein geschlossenes islamistisches Weltbild.
