Every single city and state under siege by this regime must do likewise.

The Second Amendment guarantees the right of states to protect its people. It does not specify citizens or documented immigrants carrying papers.

It applies to all residents and visitors.

It applies to peaceful protestors.

It’s of note that during tonight’s hearing the DoJ didn’t even try to make the case that changing conditions on the ground in Portland warranted the CA National Guard. Instead they relied on legal technicalities. Proving again that what they say in court is different than lies they tell the public.

Bonta: Just minutes before the hearing, we got word that the Texas National Guard has been federalized.

We asked the judge to issue a broad order — one that applies to every National Guard unit in every state — stating that none of them can be deployed to Oregon.

She issued that order
