tried making veggie burgers today 😋 i was unable to form patties as it was a bit too wet of a mix (food processed cooked rye, boiled broccoli & zucchini, homemade aquafaba & salt), so i laid it out on an aluminum sheet (which it did stick to, recommend oiling the surface-- oops!) and topped with
