I think you landed on a bad moment. Since they very rarely talk shop they approached it in a way that would be entertaining to their audience - so yes, they talked about their channel. The video was clearly a favor to Jack Packard and they released it very quickly

I saw The Happening on 42nd Street on the opening Friday night. Full to the walls. When Mark Wahlberg was introduced as a science teacher someone laughed very loudly. It took 10 minutes for the entire audience to turn on the movie. A carnival and the most euphoric experience of collective derision
