Seems like the HK government is on top of things.
Finally, an official statement from the Hong Kong SAR regarding the new tariffs.

"The US's allegation about the imposition of the so-called reciprocal tariff on HK products... is ungrounded, fully showing that it is a bullying act for suppressing its competitors"
