I got chucked out of the US. Everyone involved was really nice to me. And it didn’t make the papers. It was my fault. I threw my hands up and went home.

Get outside to green spaces at any opportunity. Good for your vitamin D and good for your mental health. Even if you just stand outside to drink your morning coffee it all helps.

I live in a World Heritage Site. Over the past years it has deteriorated due to lack of funding and visitor numbers have gone down. From March it is to be handed over to the National Trust with an award of £9m to get it all back on its feet. Great for the museums and great for the local economy. 👍
