I have a microscopic patch of this planet. It’s enough. Binned off the other place. So far this looks better. The natural world rules. Don’t argue with it.

The week began with much of the media reporting that Trump had humiliated Starmer. As it draws to a close, that humiliation is all Trump's, with Starmer's reputation enhanced. We rediscover that a week in politics is a long time!

It’s time to stop this happening. It is undemocratic for MPs to be voted in on one ticket to just defect to another party with the electorate having no say in the matter. Please sign if you agree.

I think a good strategy for your non-leftist social media presence (ie everywhere but here) is to give this photo - the remains of Danish soldiers returning in coffins after being killed in America's war in Afghanistan - as wide an audience as possible. Remind people who we're betraying

Well done Labour!
🚑 Ambulances reached patients faster in December than any time since Covid.

Response times for serious emergencies, like heart attack and strokes, were 15 minutes faster in December than last winter.

Lots done, lots more to do.

Voters want to see the Leaders of all parties united behind our PM at this time. The decisions made will impact us immediately and for the long term.

This is not the time to give our PM grief. It is not the time to play politics.

Voters have long memories. Shame you don’t

Some "right(wing) choices" by Green Councils:
- Cuts to grit bins, tree management, school crossing patrols
- Challenging 473 homes later approved, costing council £150k
- "Use it or lose it" for rural bus services
- Cancelling £500mn bypass
- Opposing pylons for renewable energy

Not a good look...
We have choices to make.

Do we invest in our communities and people who live across the country?

Or do we provide tax breaks & subsides to billionaires?

The Green Party will always push the right choice.

Yes we have problems and challenges. But Britain is a great country. Don’t buy the populist Reform line that Britain is broken. They talk the country down because they want you to turn to them in desperation. Don’t buy it.

Another Tory failure Reform bound?
I love the smell of the Conservative and Unionist Party imploding in the late morning...
BREAKING Kemi Badenoch has sacked Robert Jenrick from the shadow cabinet, removed the whip and suspended his party membership.

She says she was "presented with clear, irrefutable evidence that he was plotting in secret to defect" to Reform

Morning all.
In so many ways the modern right wing media have us bagged up & tied.
Here's one example.
I like a good reality check 👍

Dr Luke Evans who seems to think that opposing sexist behaviour by men and boys is opposing 'masculinity'. Listen Evans, masculinity is standing up to and condemning such behaviour, not excusing it. 🤦‍♂️

More good news!
More really good news for the UK. If Labour can somehow tunnel through, they might reap all the benefits - just as they would if they'd held onto power in 1950-51.
