Like, I *don't* think Kiera Bell should have been given puberty blockers at 16—she should have been given proper mental health support and put on HRT. Giving blockers to a 16 year old is absurd.

if you drink 4 glasses of water a half hour before, run your hands under warm water for a minute, then do jumping jacks for a 30 seconds
