▪️ Reject EHRC guidance
▪️ Legislate to ensure single-sex spaces are trans-inclusive by default.

Posting this from my speech at the Trans Day of Remembrance vigil, because yet again trans women and girls are being excluded from their spaces.

A reformed SEND system must mean more effective shared working - across schools, health and local government and in partnership with parent carers and young people

I raised this with the Education Secretary yesterday when she appeared before the Education Committee

"What isn’t measured isn’t valued, and if we don’t have a way of capturing the skills young people are developing, reforms risk not landing.
That’s why I’m calling on government, youth organisations and businesses to collaborate to design a nationally recognised skills passport"
A curriculum without a (skills) passport can’t take off

On World AIDS Day, I welcome the government’s HIV Action Plan to tackle stigma and end new transmissions in England by 2030.

We should ensure this promise is delivered by reaching the most marginalised communities.

We must also boost international funding to maintain global progress against AIDS.

Okay, here we go.

Health & care staff are no longer allowed a Covid booster, but they're still expected to look after COVID+ patients.

NHS/govt is reneging on its duty of care. Staff will become unwell, and patients too will suffer.

You know what to do
