During Fiona Hill's testimony to Congress on Oct 14, 2019, she described how Trump and Putin discussed exchanging Ukraine for Venezuela. The quid pro quo was if Trump refuses to help Ukraine fight off a Russian invasion, Putin would not help Venezuela (a Russian ally) resist a US takeover.

tRump has been talking since day 1, about Greenland. Yesterday Millers wife posted a pic of Greenland covered by the American flag, with the comment "soon". I laughed, at one time; I'm not laughing now. Yesterday Rubio said Cuba should be worried. Panama, Colombia, Mexico. How far will this go.

It’s not our duty to just smile and nod when a man with this much power demonstrates that he’s a pathological liar and an imbecile. Quite the contrary. Real patriots say out loud this is just plain nuts and he’s unfit to hold office.
