I recommend avoiding Prague, haha. If you really want to escape, go to Dublin, they had a terrible fire there back in the day so fireworks are banned completely in the city.

Completely agree that it’s a little nuts here but I also survived a NYE on Wenceslas Square in Prague so after that everything kind of pales in comparison.

Our 4-year old was late to talk and English has only exploded in the last year-ish, so it feels awful to say it sometimes but OHMYGOD I miss silence.

She lived in Las Vegas at the time and my assumption is that it visited several other Las Vegas’s before making its way to Nevada.

Woof. It’s not a new problem though… my worst one was a new baby package I sent to my bff’s now-tween. She was born in April, I sent it around the due date. We visited in June, bringing more gifts bc we figured it was a lost cause. It showed up a few months later, busted af and with half the stuff.

Four weeks seems decent. Let’s see when this rolls up. I didn’t even bother trying to send one to the US, read too many reports of things going missing or coming back this year. 🤷♀️

Naturally today was also the first time the tracking has said anything beyond “the package is en route to destination.” Guess we definitely shouldn’t expect it before Christmas now. 🙄
