I love this! It never occurred to me why I’m drawn to books that are set in other countries but reading this I realize it’s because I love traveling & learning about different areas of the world through the book. Putting one of these on my holiday list.

I already had someone reply to my post that I have no medical or nutrition background & no business sharing advice for young athletes. A conclusion he made from who knows what info. 🤔 I kindly suggested he leave the nutrition advice to the experts & focus on his area of expertise, if he has one.

Yes, Totally Agree! And while we can continue to improve our critical thinking skills, others will just never be that type of thinker & never even understand what it means to be a critical thinker. It’s frustrating but reality.

Totally Agree. Vaccinations solved a public health crisis. Take away the vaccines and we are back to having the public health crisis. Ugh.
