I guess I’m spectacularly lucky, but I don’t think it’s luck at all. I’ve been a professional musician for decades and I’ve put in the time and work to make it be my only source of income. Teaching lessons is still the largest portion of that income, but that is still being a musician imo.

My family always ate around 1-2. My in-laws eat at like 7. It’s insane to me.

Ope well my husband came home and now she’s awake 🫠 so I guess I can take her now. Lordt I’m so exhausted. I probably got like 4 hours of sleep and we have a long day of traveling. Fingers crossed I can actually sleep well on the train tonight

Which is great except that now I need to take her to the dog sitter and finish packing and take a shower and I know the second I get up she’s going to too. I think she’s just really anxious bc we are going out of town but she’s never been this bad. Getting old sucks, poor baby.

I gave her meds and food assuming that was it and she would finally go to sleep. Nope. Around 5:30 my husband just gave up and took her out and stayed downstairs with her so I could get some sleep. She has still been up all morning until FINALLY she just laid down and is out.
