That's a good question. But I think my answer is yes. I wouldn't assume good faith if someone made argument that we should, as normative matter, go back to Dred Scott. But if argument were that case was wrongly decided as a legal matter, I would try to understand and respond as best I could....

These raw water/milk/etc. trends remind of Werner Herzog’s Grizzly Man: you *can* live in the wild with grizzly bears, maybe for a long time, but they are bears so they might eat your face. You might not ingest arsenic/🦠 every time, but if you’re drinking totally untreated stuff 🎲 🎲

So there are all these invasive spiders here that spin these really strong webs, and it’s probably terrible for the eco system but the way the leaves get suspended mid flight is maybe worth it?
