Thanks! It's all we can do. Sometimes our conversations have really taken a toll on me this week, but I try to remind myself this isn't his fault. He is 86 and was not equipped to deal with the modern ways information flows.

I may have tossed out some junk mail he didn't need stoking his rage. Oops

It's also been a peek at how older folks are constantly targeted for money, and misinformation by politicians. His home mail, texts, and email are just inundated with extremist rhetoric. I'd hate to see his social media feed.

How do I even start to fix this?

Streams have halted for a bit. My dad lives an hour away and is in the hospital. I'm his only caretaker at this moment. Also he's been gently coaxed over the years to be MAGA.

This week has been very taxing.
