"At the beginning of a sentence" is key here. Please do not shift gears in the middle of a sentence with ",however,". Periods exists for a reason. As do semicolons, in case anyone's forgotten those exist.

Still better than a digital subscription only. Neither shooting story has been featured on the "front page" but I still see articles posted on Friday. Maybe News & Politics > Nation? Nope. But I am now aware that a Russian court has declared Pussy Riot an extremist organization.

I would totally subscribe to physical phone books.

Based on the cover art, home life will be decidedly chillier in the near future.

That was kind of glorious, tbh. I miss winters like that. Although we're starting pretty strong this year.

This is insane. This is a deeply frightened administration. (Among other things, yes, but the fear is what I'm noticing more and more.)

I'm new to party work but this is not how press releases should be written.

Good on Kyle but What the hell is this picture??? Don't people usually focus on each other when they marry without bringing obvious kink toys into the mix?

Sorry, I'm still waiting for us to invade Greenland. Is that not a thing anymore?

Almost always, yeah! I used to have a small Scion hatchback. Put a couple sandbags in the back seat and was good to go. I'd just shake my head at all the big vehicles in the ditches driving home on 94 on nights like last night.

Yes, more truth!! Which this isn't. Seriously?
December 9, 2025 at 10:59 PM
Yes, in that - These people fundamentally are super freaked out that being human means living in a land of uncertainty and omg what the hell do I do now and then realizing their best guess is often pretty good enough and if it isn't they can adapt.

Was going to say except for those "jokes" where someone has to say "It's just a joke"... but yeah, the proposition still holds.

I honestly really admire their obliviousness. Blocking traffic or a front door? Not so much as an "Ope, lemme get outta your way." Respect.

I loathe skyways for so many reasons. And I will come back to Nicollet when there are stores I want to visit with street-level entrances, places to sit while I wait for a bus, and buskers to entertain me while I loiter.

I'm still putting the burden of fault on the state-level implementers more than the facilitator. Things went wild during the pandemic (understandably, I think). Doesn't excuse the year after year fraud investigations in MN. I'm not proud, as a state employee. We need to do better.

There was an empty running car in the grocery store lot yesterday morning. I did briefly think about moving it to a different row just to be puckish, provided the doors were unlocked. But I really just wanted to get back home. Judgmental eyebrow raised, I resisted.

My experience in brief: local art fair; free chair massage; voucher for chiro appt; pain for 3 months. Maybe my fault for not completing what was started? Not a fan but I want to think there's some benefit if one is committed. I'd much rather address root causes: posture, daily movement, etc.

Love this building's interior. Was there once for a root canal (no pain, kinda trippy). Is there still a sign referencing a "lending library" or something similar out front? Always intrigued me.
