This lovely boy never did learn to spell my name. Makes me sad that I won’t be getting a Xmas text from him this year. If you can, please donate to either of these charities- they work towards the prevention of young suicide.

My favourite thing about Xmas: my mother’s honey & mustard glazed ham 😋

My cat’s way of telling me that I’ve finished sorting clothes for tonight so I guess we’ll watch The Muppets’ Christmas Carol now

My mother just reminded me of something that I’d completely forgotten about: that time I kissed Howard Marks at a book signing. It was a proper smacker too, right on the lips.

My mother got a £60 parking charge. She was going to pay it but I insisted she let me appeal it for her. Just got an email confirming it’s been cancelled.

FIGHT THE POWER! 💪🏼

These absolute beasts are growing in my garden. They’re enormous- at least 6 inches tall, probably more. Tried googling them but no luck, so if anyone knows what they are, I’d appreciate it.

I just learned something cool. This is a blanket octopus- one of the rarest species of octopus in the world. The female grows to 6ft long, but the male is only 2in- so she’s 40,000 times his size. Somehow they still mate (I doubt she gets much out of it). Stay with me, because it gets better. 🧵
