Last Roundhay #parkrun of the year done (we'll be touristing over Christmas) and another broken shoulder PB. Looking forward to the day I can run pain free though...

Turning up in my Facebook memories, and it’s a crime not to repost.
Turns out I'm not in as good a place as I thought, and it's surprising what you can manage with a broken shoulder that has failed to unite. Now to decide whether to leave it as is on the basis that it mainly works or get surgery and go through all the rehab again...
Celebrating a successful post accident return to cycling in the sun. I'm not where I was, but I'm in a much better place than I could have been. I probably need to send this photo to my physio 😉

I haven't ridden 100km since August and that was a brutal way to do it in the wind. My arm struggled more than my legs!

I managed a ride up the valley to Bolton Bridge for the first time since August, and as a warm up managed a post injury parkrun PB. Operation get fit enough for a winter cycling holiday seems to be doing the job.

Early physio appointment this morning meant catching the sunrise. Had to walk there though as I'm not risking the bike in icy conditions this year.

Lots of looking at bikes and listening to people talking about bikes. And showing off our knowledge of women's cycling trivia by both answering questions correctly and winning zwift musettes. Mind you my club membership would be revoked if I didn't know who won the first women's Paris roubaix...
