Last night I went to a surprise party organised by #Coppafeel for Giovanna Fletcher to celebrate raising 5 Million pounds. It was fun and emotional and I’m really proud to support and be part of the CoppaFeel! Family.

It’s not just council funding museums that are struggling, costs are increasing so quickly that generating enough income to operate is a challenge for all museums.

This #GivingTuesday we’re asking you to support us. With costs rising and a lot of rain this year (not good for an outdoor museum) generating enough income has become more challenging.

Please support us by sending us a gift from our list or by making a donation.

Charity Wish List — Chiltern Open Air Museum
As the season of giving approaches, we’re asking our community to dig deep to support us. This year we are asking our community to purchase an item or two from our charity wish list.

A day never starts well when you are woken by the sounds of the dog about to be sick. Some speedy jumping out of bed meant she was only sick on the doormat before reaching the garden. The dog is now completely fine. The doormat not so.

Who wants some figgy pudding?

You can make your figgy pudding following our traditional recipe. We'll also be doing some traditional Christmas cooking during our Festive Weekend on the 7 and 8 December. Find out more at www.coam.org.uk/events/festi...

Yes!
At the end of the day, don’t we all just want a bookshelf with a rolling ladder?

I found a slug inside next to my patio door. It’s not the first time. I can’t see how the slug got in. Do slugs have some kind of magical powers? Said slug has now been evicted.

The Estate Team dog kept me company this afternoon while the team went off to look at a new exhibit. I loved having a furry friend as my coworker.

Work trip to Blenheim Palace today. So much work involved in setting up Neverland in the palace. Great to see it supporting Great Ormand Street.
