The 3DO was released in October 1993, with an asking price of $700, which in 1993 was equivalent to about $1,570 today. I remember playing it at circuit city one day and being blown away by the graphics. I knew at that price I’d never own it as a kid but the PlayStation wasn’t far behind.

This was so good. "BIG BEAR is a simple one location play that does something quietly extraordinary: McDonald's written a play that understands that love doesn’t always preserve friendships, sometimes it curdles them, because no one can hurt you quite like the people who love you most."

Arc Raiders reminds me of the aesthetic of 2001 space odyssey combined with the soundtrack of blade runner, with the gameplay of tarkov except with all the quality of life fixes you always wanted. Incredibly addicting game that came out of nowhere for me. Loving it!

Real estate prices are just awful right now. Luckily I was able to secure a loan and find a house at basically a steal here.

#Silksong is a masterpiece, it could've come out on its own without Hollow Knight as its precursor and easily have received just as much acclaim. It stands as a testament to dedication, true craftsmanship, and the power of art. Team Cherry have created something special and it might just claim GOTY.
