mmmm...corporate media, pretending some news doesn't exist, in order to fluff the administration. again.

hey, @cnn.com , do you ever miss the days when you had integrity?

Stephen Miller said the quiet part out loud. Trump has “plenary authority,” then suddenly went silent. Their plan wasn’t to be public yet. Clearly, someone hit the panic button in his earpiece.

It gets weirder: CNN uploaded the interview with the “plenary authority” comment edited out.

i will not vote for anyone who thinks my friends and family don't deserve the same rights and protections as any other citizen of this country.
helpful-gremlin.bsky.social
yes, but not ALL humans, only those deemed worthy of having equal protections and rights. sub out the word 'trans' and see if you feel the same. what other people should we fail to defend? uneducated? racial minorities? people without homes? with physical or mental handicaps?
helpful-gremlin.bsky.social
just...wow

The Trump administration is considering selling parts of its $1.6 trillion portfolio of student loan debt to the private market, according to a new report—an unprecedented move that would build on its efforts to dismantle the Department of Education and curtail the federal student loan program.

“.. On closer inspection, however, it turned out that the image was not a photograph of a real event in Portland, but instead a fabrication created by combining two photographs of scenes that unfolded in South America nearly a decade apart ..”

There are some very strange things going on at the Library of Congress. I’m doing searches for news articles from the Civil Rights Era. Political cartoons. That sort of thing. They used to be easily found.

That stuff is VERY hard to find now. Things are missing, people.

Oops!

They did it again.

Stephen Millers goon, Anthony Salisbury was in Minnesota last week. Reportedly messaging plans on Signal to bring in the Army’s 82nd airborne division, who specialize in “parachute assaults and forcible entry operations”, to “war ravaged Portland” per Donald Trump.

This morning, the Trump Administration’s Department of War gave me an ultimatum: call up your troops, or we will. It is absolutely outrageous and un-American to demand a Governor send military troops within our own borders and against our will.

BREAKING: A federal judge finds that there is evidence Kilmar Abrego was VINDICTIVELY PROSECUTED. The judge GRANTS Abrego's motion for discovery and a hearing, and the government must now PROVE it did not vindictively prosecute Mr. Abrego. 1/

I was sent this by a Georgian this morning. 2025 premiums vs 2026 premiums for someone making $65k a year.

Republicans in Washington did this.

This is what I'm fighting to stop. This is what’s at stake in this shutdown fight.

A bus of Bronx middle schoolers pulled up to the Capitol this morning for a long-planned field trip just a few hours after the government shut down.

All Capitol tours were cancelled as the guides can’t work in shutdown.

So I escorted them in myself and gave them a personal tour. They were great!
