More than anything, I wish for you to choose the focus of your thoughts.

You have the power to choose the amount of time you spend on each thought.

The thinking mind is not the villain, but instead a tool we can use to better engage with our inner landscape & ultimately those around us.

I've cleared the path for tomorrow. Tonight I set down the need to map the entire journey. With each easy breath in and slow breath out I invite my nervous system to rest.

My focus moves from to dos to the flow of air. Counting the inhale and matching it to the length of my long exhale.
