RIP my pixel 6, long live my pixel 10 Technically they could figure out how to fix it but it was a full motherboard replacement or whatever which was nearly as expensive as a new phone (and as I understand it is basically like putting a new phone inside my old phone)
Today my phone stopped working while I was on a work trip and I decided to walk 2 miles to the google store and halfway there it started heavily raining and I had no coat and then they couldn't figure out how to fix my phone so I bought a new one and now I'm logged out of everything.
I don't have particular loyalty and don't fly nearly often enough for work to have status. But for some reason there were only like 15 people on this completely full flight who were in the program and in coach, so I boarded to a nearly empty plane
Even if you rarely fly, imo it's worth it to join the mileage program of every airline before you book. They're always free and sometimes you get to board earlier etc
#NerdfArters day 3: Taylor Swift Weather. I mulled over this for a while and landed on a lyric I love from (imo) one of her most underrated songs. I see you all ranking this last on 1989 and I think you're wrong
I know everyone loves to hate on scooters because they associate with gentrification and teenagers or drunk people being annoying/somewhat dangerous. But I'm glad we have them here, and they are one ingredient in my recipe for not having to buy a car
Scooters are actually an important part of my personal transportation ecosystem. I ride them in the street or occasionally in bike lanes. Cars can make the experience very scary!
Not mentioned in the story: 🔹 The biggest danger for scooter riders is cars 🔹 Unlike cars, scooters almost never kill another person walking/biking/scooting
As I said to someone complaining about "dangerous" scooters, "You get hit by a car, and I'll get hit by a scooter. Let's see who feels worse."
You should pick up a sample set from a brand that's a little more niche than the department store/luxury brands. I've never tried it but I feel like something like Commodity could be a good brand for you
