Azalea Market is now open in the heart of Downtown Atlanta! Loved the interior and pleas let surprised with the offerings. The place was lovely, people are excited, and it was so awesome to see grocery carts being pushed around in Downtown.

Okay, I’m fully committing to myself to be out of Atlanta by the top of 2026, late 2025. Chicago, NYC, or abroad are top of mind. Working in affordable housing finance and looking to stay in it, housing programmatic work, or int’l development. Would appreciate any leads or recs for orgs to watch.

Car cucked ATL DOT has signed on Waymo and Uber to sponsor and be at Streets Alive. I have no hope for this city ever making a serious transition from car dependency. I indeed want to miss this.

I bought some new clothes that kinda show off the progress I’ve made at the gym and for the first time in my life I literally looked at myself and thought, “damn, I look good.” Man it was such an endorphin high.
