NHS Ambulance people are very nice.
Bit of a scare, and was initially downplaying symptoms cause I didn't want to waste anyone's time but, glad things got checked anyway, and I'll get further help if needed, just tired now, what a night.

It's kinda sad to realize you have no one in your life anymore to share those core inside jokes or memories with, the old gang split to the wind and none of you talk anymore, most moved on and had new experiences replace it.
But you remember everything and want to go back to where no one wants you.

Crazy how much just a few weeks of stress can ruin months of good dieting and weight control.
You'd think it'd be as hard to gain as it is to lose, or at the very least to have the road to loss feel in any way invigorating.

I miss discussing movies, shows, games n stories etc. with others. Probably why I watch reaction channels and video essays now.
Due to niche interests or work,its hard to meet people, and with time and age being a factor, the opportunity fades.
Get a solid community or group early in life I guess.
