Guhle's injury aside, I truly believe tomorrow night's game against the Wild is a must win if the HABS wish to remain in the mix. The Wild will be playing a second of a back to back & they're missing Kaprizov. No excuses.

I feel like Marty St-Louis deserves credit for staying the course and not giving up on Kirby Dach. He could've scratched him for a few games and no one would've batted an eye. Instead, he was patient with him, and it looks like Dach has turned a corner.

Carrier plays 20 minutes a night on the right side. They're addressing an obvious need. Carrier is also a stop gap for Mailloux & Reinbacher to give them time to develop. Barron didn't play much and would likely be in Laval if he didn't require waivers. Solid move.

The feeling I'm getting is that the #Habs are getting used to a system that may sacrifice some offense, but in the long run, will help them win games. They look so much better in their own zone recently. It all started in their last loss/game to the Penguins.

It's going to be a tough one for the #Habs tonight vs the #mnwild. As most of us know, they haven't won in Minnesota since 2011 & Subban's hat-trick.
