Bro I worked SO hard on Christmas dinner, days ahead and hours day of that this day is leftover day no questions asked. Good news is it was all wonderful and made everyone (including my super fussy eater) very happy - so it was worth it!

Thank you for this excellent tip! I try not to use old paprika anyway, but I'm planning some holiday Czech goulash soon and will give this a try for some extra flavor!
