I've seen so much fatphobic hate on Facebook lately. It's not stopping me from eating better and doing yoga four times a week, but the number of ugly comments is shocking. Whatever happened to just not saying anything if you had nothing nice to say? Does anyone think negativity changes anything?

I feel like I haven't been able to stop randomly bursting into tears after visiting his grave Friday. I hadn't been back since the funeral and I just hate that he's gone. I wish I could have saved him. I will always feel a tiny bit responsible for his decision to end his life 💔
