Small organizations are agile and more willing to take risk. The larger, the more staid and conservative.

The hard wiring is our reaction to fear / threat. Autocrats fuel conditions that make us crave someone to keep us safe. But fear is not our natural state, it has to be constantly reignited. The Davids show what is possible when leadership is not based on fear but on our potential.
