I do believe we’re facing a generational problem. We have Dems who’ve been in office so long that they think their job is just to get elected in the next cycle and not to govern and wield power. They worry too much about what Rs might weaponize and as a result they refuse to fight.

Trump and Vance displayed their indebtment to Putin for the world to see. Our allies won't share any intelligence with us after that display and Americans are all much less safe for it. The only silver lining I see is for our allies. They can now focus on protecting themselves and each other.
