It's been almost 3 years since I started my Tarot deck and I still have a TON left to draw. I need to get back into it!

This one is one of my favorites because a little story developed when I was trying to get the balance of the center illustration to look right. Resourceful little bird✨

I'm a huge critical role neeerd, so when the final project of a design course I took asked us to create a series of 3 minimalist designs, you know I took the op to do some episode posters.

Just some lil guys I drew in honor of Pet Day. They’re all good boys.

A lot of them were day-to-day anxieties, a trip to the dentist, confiding in a friend, stuck on a project. But one day I remembered spiraling pretty bad. This project helped me work through that emotion. Committing shame to a drawing gave me the time I needed to feel it, and then let it gently pass.

A while back I committed to a short drawing challenge: Every day for 9 days I tried to interpret the strongest emotion I was feeling at the moment into a drawing. It helped me to be present, to work through those often intense feelings, and to express it through one of my favorite mediums.
