I’m really sad I can’t work while listening to podcasts or watching videos. I used to be able to, but now I get so frustrated splitting my attention like that. Between no commute and this, I can’t catch up on my shows! Maybe I should just drive around for 45 min before work everyday to get my fiiiix

Well, after successfully avoiding it this whole time, I finally got Covid ya'll. I didn't completely lose my sense of taste and smell, only partially. The weirdest thing with that though is now all coffee tastes horrendous. Can't believe Covid stole that simple pleasure from me 😩☕🪦

It's been almost 3 years since I started my Tarot deck and I still have a TON left to draw. I need to get back into it!

I don't know how many times I need to learn this lesson but I cannot watch TV and work at the same time anymore. I notice when I try, I become irreparably agitated for the rest of the day. I'm not young like I used to be, my mind can't handle focusing on 2 things at once!

I'm a huge critical role neeerd, so when the final project of a design course I took asked us to create a series of 3 minimalist designs, you know I took the op to do some episode posters.

A while back I committed to a short drawing challenge: Every day for 9 days I tried to interpret the strongest emotion I was feeling at the moment into a drawing. It helped me to be present, to work through those often intense feelings, and to express it through one of my favorite mediums.
