🇮🇪 Brief pitstop to Dublin today to teach @tcdpsychology.bsky.social Final Year Project Students #PsychoPy !!

Academic things did happen but the only photos I got were of food.

A nice shift in perceived colour between central and peripheral vision. The fixated disc looks purple while the others look blue.

The effect presumably comes from the absence of S-cones in the fovea.

Happy faces in this PsychoPy workshop at Mapua University in Manila run by @suelynnmah.bsky.social! 🇵🇭

Sue Lynn introduced students and faculty to PsychoPy for creating psychology experiments.

We love seeing PsychoPy being used around the world! 🌏

#psychology #research
A woman stands at the front of a computer room full of students, she presents a slide that reads “introducing PsychoPy!” A student works on a computer in a workshop, the screen displays an experiment being created in PsychoPy. A group of happy smiling students look at the camera posing after their PsychoPy workshop.
