Listened to Noem’s briefing following ICE’s killing a woman in MN.
Absent an investigation, she has determined the woman was a “terrorist” and the ICE officer acted appropriately.
She had as much sympathy for the woman as she did for her dog.
Noem needs to go.

What I do not understand is how the government could raise a "state secrets" argument at this point, when the government has produced/distributed this video for PR purposes. What "state secret" is left?
We are sending people for indefinite detention without trial at a foreign gulag because they have tattoos about soccer teams and about loving their mothers.
I want you to understand this is happening in our name and we know most of these men committed no crimes. One is a professional soccer player who was tortured in Venezuela and was working through asylum in the U.S. ICE shipped him for his Real Madrid tattoo and a picture throwing rock & roll horns.

If is true, we need a national organization to take each of these unlawful acts to court. This is not simply a civil liberties issue. It is more broadly an effort to make Trump and his acolytes comply with the constitution.

Last year, a federal judge ruled doctors had standing to challenge the use of “Plan B” drugs, on the grounds they interfere with the doctors’ ability to deliver infants. If that’s enough to show standing, then every American has standing to challenge Trump’s unlawful acts. 1/2.
