It totally sucks but also it's hard to fault old folks for not wanting to give up their mobility in areas that are completely unwalkable and lake public transportation. They basically become homebound at that point.

I got to hang out with Karl in his loft a few years back. There were insane half built instruments and experimental shoes all over the place. A true renaissance man.

It's really a huge win for the town. The spot is called La Lomita and the tortillas are kept warm in a big cooler by the register.

Those looked awesome. There's a grocery store in downtown Culpeper that makes their own corn tortillas. They're cheap and insanely delicious. Highly recommended.
