By acknowledging this reality first, we can then figure out how to navigate these conditions to find presence. It ain’t your fault! 🙏

Don’t be gaslit by the mindfulness industrial complex in thinking it is your fault that you struggle with being present. We need to acknowledge that the conditions are not set such that we may tap into presence with ease. We are constantly pulled out of the present to survive or even to get ahead.
