It only reflects the worst among us. That’s not a clear representation.

It’s an unregulated digital micro-economy. Actually a set of them.

The originator sets the initial price, promotes the hell out of it, and it rises or fall depending on how much it gets used. It’s hard to tax, easy to launder and easy to pump and dump.

And there are no consumer safeguards.
