Politically aware retiree and hobbyist photographer. I created and own all the content I post, except the reposts.
Lived in Glendora in the 1960s. Remember Mt. Baldy fondly, especially driving up to the snow in the summer.

A beautiful picture. I can almost hear the bell ringing with the sea lions “singing” along.

I’m seeing things a bit less optimistically. Hoping that we can turn things around in 2026.

The way you captured the morning (?) sunshine lighting Kelvin Way is far superior to how twinkling electric lights could decorate it.

It looks like it's been scrubbed from every official 60 Minutes page now.

It's only a 30-second promo but here it is if you didn't get a chance to see it.

We made trips to Glasgow in 2023 and 2025. In 2023 we rented a car in Glasgow and drove up the A82 along Loch Lomond, through Glencoe, Fort William, and then the A87 to the Invergarry Hotel for the night.

I can see from your other posts that you enjoyed photographing Edinburgh and Stirling. Were you able to get to Falkirk, Glasgow, or the Highlands during your trip to Scotland?

I took many photos of the interior of St. Giles in May 2023.

My dad had the same Argus C3 and leather case. He took family and travel photos on Kodachrome 25. It was the “real camera” I graduated to from a Kodak Brownie camera. One had to be certain of the shot before pressing the shutter button because the film and developing were so expensive.
