Often cool games can get canned for complicated and sometimes even very good, sensible reasons.

I fell and injured myself at a Planet Fitness once and they pretended to show concern but actually all they cared about was getting me out of sight. After my trip to the ER (they offered no assistance) I canceled my membership because the way they handled it was gross.
