Let's go to Nurgle City where the fever runs hot and the rot has tiddies. A picture of OP's character Etila Treeborn for Warhammer Fantasy/the Old World, a Nurgle gardener. The reason there is no "AO3 without the freak shit" is because AO3's backbone is the freak shit.

AO3's code is public! If the puritans wanted to make their own AO3 they could do so tomorrow. There have even been attempts, and they barely got past the starting line before devolving into conflict.
