Since 2019, I've been involved in a DEI recruitment and hiring committee at work. This is now halted. I'm going to propose a new committee for Firmly Understanding Core Knowledge and Targeting Recruitment of Unreached, Merit-filled People. It's a mouthful, but the acronym works well.
