I noticed that. Not sure whether it's Jones being an oxygen thief and going off on one or a deliberate choice by Zack.

Almost maybe all Jones Gaza arguments can be transplanted to trans rights yet he's never used them.

I only listened to see if he'd tackle trans rights otherwise wouldn't bother.

After the Green leadership speeches skipped trans rights I'm not in the best mood with them.

I'm not recommending the Owen Jones v Zak podcast. Jones says nothing original. He pulls a Corbyn and lists everything but trans rights. Like Corbyn he's Gaza brained to the exclusion of everything else.

Badenoch is unfit for public office and abuses her position.

She is peddling disinformation and destabilising the heart of governance and society as she did in equalities.

Whether it's transphobia or climate change etc she is a national security threat.

RW media are the empty pot that rattles the loudest.

The Greens are mostly a post-war consensus with Keynes/MMT and progressive bolt-ons party.

These kinds of policy positions are what fought the Nazi's, rebuilt a country, built the welfare state, and created and shared wealth like never before.

If your MP is tardy on trans rights perhaps coming at things sideways might work? In her first week in parliament she raised the topic of modernising parliamentary rules.

In sales it's never about what you want it's finding out what the other party wants...

Too many journalists unconsciously accept that trans issues are a "debate". It's on the same level as journalists thinking policy failures are a "comms" issue.

Until journalists realise they are an expertise and policy issue they'll keep getting played like a cat chasing a laser dot.

My argument was mostly rhetorical and a pivot to change the subject of attention and pressure them in the same way in a way they will feel personally. So far nobody in politics or media suffers consequences. I don't see why they shouldn't.

If politicians and media think trans peoples rights are a "debate" to be had I think it's fair to consider inadequate media regulation and MP's second incomes and dodgy donations and interaction with bent lobbyists a "debate" to be had.

We're paying the price of council house sell offs and financial deregulation and privatisation which is a money pump out of the country among other things.

The wealthy get tax cuts and double dip with wage stagnation and benefit cuts.

Guess who will get kicked for the shortfall?...

Kemi Badenoch lied in parliament about trans women and girls, and pushed through the fraudulent and internationally discredited Cass Review which one day will be looked back on as a medical scandal bigger than Wakefield. For the harm she's done to trans kids she should be prosecuted for child abuse.

Many of us were trans kids back in the day when trans healthcare wasn't available and you could never speak of it to anyone.

It's a truly horrible situation today and so utterlessly pointlessly spiteful.

They know who they are and they have you. That will mean something. 🫂
