Some of my favourite Angels from San Amaro Cemetery, A Coruña, Spain.

An angel clutching a cross in long flowing robes. A clear blue sky serves as a backdrop, as the angel points its arm up to the heavens. A life size angel statue mourns next to the tomb of the deceased. One arm is raised against its cheek, and its flowing robes drape to the ground. In the other hand facing the viewer, is a flaming trumpet which hangs to the floor. Its feathered wings are tucked behind it. And angel sits against a cross, next to a embroidered family crest. Its robes hand around its feet resting its head on his hands. His trumpet In the other. The stone is mottled with black lichen. A cloudy sky serves as a backdrop. Multiple stone angels in different poses.
