In my hidden laboratory, I enjoy playing God and meddling with powers I can't possibly comprehend. Most of the time I just potter about. #actuallivingscientist.
Why is the BBC front page reporting the fact that there are 20 protestors outside the #bellhotel? Are they gonna keep me up dated about the bus queue round the corner then? #asylumseekers

Given the way The Mail has been covering this - for instance today's headline - I suspect a reverse ferret will be in action tomorrow.

I see today’s #Times has got a highly polarised piece on scientists with opinions the right doesn’t agree with posing as news. Murdoch’s oil investments must be doing poorly.

From this #obituary in today’s Times I learnt Clive Revill died in March. Popped up everywhere in the 60s and 70s including 2 roles - one as a Arab - in the barmy psychedelic romp #ModestyBlaise

And yet in today’s Times Dan “Dan the Brexit man” Hannon is sure she is not guilty of anything and if she is it’s a technicality. He always defaults to the worse take, doesn’t he?
April 1, 2025 at 5:21 PM
Today’s Times has an interesting juxtaposition of paras on the #lePen story. Dan Hannon has “no idea” if she broke the law but if she did it was a technicality. Next para says she was found guilty of a conspiracy to embezzle €2.9m. Has Dan ever said anything accurate?

When I was there about 18 months ago I stumbled onto this Waterhouse painting, Circe Invidiosa. I didn't even know it existed up until then but it kept me awestruck for about an hour on and off...I just kept returning to it. It is, literally, breathtaking.

He pops up in this book. Along with, inter alia, Dylan Thomas, Nina Hamnett, Brilliant Chang, and Salvador Dali and many other members of 1930s Fitzrovia. An entertaining romp.
