1/2 The GOP got rid of the filibuster to appoint judges in bulk. They could do the same for the CR. The reason they won’t is cuz they *need* to be able to say the CR was “bipartisan”. The BBB is an albatross, & so will ppl losing healthcare. They want “bipartisan cover”

I don’t see Democrats ever doing that. What I hope they do when they get power back is immediately expand the court to 13 justices. One for each appellate court. I don’t see another way to reverse this disastrous course of making a mockery of the rule of law.
