3rd Anime LA down for me! Got a haul of a ton of prints, keychains, pins, and some misc stuff. Definitely the most fun I've had at a con so far, and shoutout to @microcake.bsky.social for being both a great artist with great merch and a great person to yap with for a few hours!

I am BEGGING content creators I follow to make sure they aren't following Asmon, because I see some who I know for a fact stand contrary to him and his toxicity (except for one political guy I follow since you're only following him to keep tabs on how low he goes you're excused).

Sometimes it's hard to do the right thing. Sometimes though it's actually really super easy, because it takes an absolutely minimal amount of brainpower to realize that being a morally inept jackass who enjoys using AI to make people as uncomfortable as possible is actually really stupid.

One of the biggest classical teachings of the Bible is to not be of the world, and yet MAGA Christianity shows us a people who are envious of non-believers who wants to be free to express their grossest inhumanity while claiming to follow a perfect God under the assumption they're heaven-bound.

Last few months have really been some of the best in my life in recent times, but life still finds a way to get a depressive spiral at the end of the year.

Beat a 3DS game for the first time in a good while and idk why but beating games on older consoles is just really satisfying to me. Like I feel like I play newer games like a task on a checklist, but my 3DS, PS2, 360, GBA, etc? Nah, I ACHIEVED something as far as my brain chemicals are concerned.

I'm sorry, but narrative was easily the worst part of E33 imo. Literally made me angry, and not in a "this challenges me rhoughtfully," sorta way, but in a "we need the people in control of the story to get the dumbstick," sorta way.

MrBeast is depressing as a viewer because damn if it doesn't seem like a lot of otherwise decent content creators just can't help but help platform him in spite of constantly engaging in business ventures with extremely unethical figures.

Finished my first playthrough of Expedition 33. I've never had a game that has so many aspects I love fail to connect with me so much. I've never had a game that has me feeling like, "I SHOULD love this, but I just don't." Along with what I think was a horrible ending? 6.5/10.

I'm about halfway through Expedition 33 and... I definitely like it, and I can see a lot of good stuff, but there are a lot of aspects that really aren't hooking me like they did other people.
