Simon and Garfunkel records make for excellent accompaniment to dog walks on clear autumn and winter days. Really adds to atmosphere.

Electric Landlady

Oof, this was a bit disappointing. Not awful, but many songs overstay their welcome. Manages to sound both stylistically scattershot and formulaic.

A Christmas Record

A peculiar experimental indie collection in which 'Christmas Wrapping' debuted. A lot of tracks I *almost* get into, but something is missing

*Big* music nitpick- i don't like that the riff from the intro of 'Rasputin' just vanishes and isn't integrated into the main song at all. If it did that, it'd be as peak as everyone says it is

It annoys me quite a bit that 'Underneath the Tree' uses that title lyric for both its pre-chorus *and* its chorus.

Debut album for an up-and-coming funk/jazz/soul artist that my family put me onto. Really gorgeous stuff! I recommend it if you're looking for something to relax to

Has an off-the-cuff, live album-esque quality to it compared to Simon & Garfunkel's collaborations. Also...yup, already quite apparent that Simon is the songwriting powerhouse of the duo
