Noticed a handful of active developments. Didn’t get many photos:

-Teachers Retirement System Georgian Northside @ 75, 1 story of columns
-119 Pharr demo complete?!?
-640 Boulevard topped out all sides except corner of North Ave @ Parkway. Huge miss not adding retail here, IMO

49.6% of @AtlantaBeltline’s budget for FY25 ($120.2mil) went to non-trail or BeltLine corridor activities.

REIN IN THE COSTS. BE JUDICIOUS OF OUR FUNDS. PLEASE PROVIDE A LEVEL OF OVERSIGHT.

ABI scope creep is bloated. $ should be going to ATLANTA’s priorities, not just ABI’s.

Lena St trail & SST to Ormewood updated as complete 👀

Not sure I have a preference on background colors, but the peach is so much easier for me to find in my photos 😂

BeltLine TAD = $85mil+ / year.

Do we use TAD $ to complement M.A.F. projects? If not, we should- & accelerate delivery. Costs not issue here.

14th St NW protected cycle track under construction, though the temporary markings appear to include a right turn lane not in the design docs.

Hopefully this is temporary & new protection still coming soon.

Sinkhole in Georgia Ave between the Zoo & Summerhill.

Great time to make a protected cycle track from Cherokee to Capitol Ave

14th St NW getting resurfaced. New protected bike lane planned to move forward, though there’s a turning lane going in up to Fowler, so that loses some usefulness if not connected in full.

15th St progress idling, but new traffic signal, signal, protected bike lane, & *street* coming to Midtown Atlanta
January 4, 2026 at 8:52 PM
Spring St @ Peachtree intersection and protected bike lane moving forward.

~0.4 mile protected bike lane extension coming from Peachtree to 17th.

Forgot to share the other day, but curb going in at1-block trolley trail extension east of Moreland.

Looking forward to seeing this delivered, though will be even more excited if the Trail Extension through Reynoldstown kicks off this year 👀 WE ARE WAITING

Without evaluating existing commitments, a conservative est shows $1.1+ billion in remaining accruals.

Westside & Perry TADs alone have over 1/2 a billion estimated. All TADs except BeltLine & Eastside = 2/3 of a billion.

Perhaps we start the trust fund *now*???
