If Clyde Higgs of the Beltline no longer supports BeltLine Rail on the Eastside, replace him with a competent CEO who supports the Mission.

Enough is enough. Time to move the funded and designed transit projects, forward.

Start emailing & calling BOE reps, city council members, the Mayor, MARTA Board, & Clyde Higgs until whoever continues to be in the way of transit progress for Atlanta stops being an impediment and we see projects move forward.

- Jason Winston (Finance committee chair), Alex Wan (transportation committee chair & prior finance chair), Matt Westmoreland (CDHS Chair over TAD considerations), & ATLDOT need to unclog More MARTA projects, similar to MAF city transportation projects.

Yet hasn’t happened for decades. Perhaps getting the city to think about it and show up for conversations with GDOT projects will lead to better outcomes.

Because so far, we have little to show for it.

My change 1 thing though I tried something different than usual, said something along the lines of reduce noise from highway traffic as we rarely get noise barriers, yet low density suburbs do.

There’s an integral group project mentioned on the far west lot, but the skate park lot at least is moving forward with big financial donations from one of the mail chimp founders IIRC

Losing CM Bakhtiari from CDHS is a risk for TADs & what otherwise may be a highly productive committee. Wish MJB was dropped instead.
